As a patient we request that you read and become informed about Peninsula Prosthodontics' policies and guidelines. The following information points will help you prepare for your treatment:
Office Cancellation Policy: We reserve a section of time especially for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request that you call our office with a 24-hour notice. If you choose not to call or call and cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Insurance Policy: We will gladly accept your insurance and submit all the required information to have them reimburse you directly. We are not a perferred provider, so we ask that you pay for services at the time of treatment.
- Financial Options: For our patients that are interested in financing their dental needs. We offer Care Credit Financing. Eligible patients can take advantage of the no interest to low interest financing Care Credit has to offer. Please contact our office for more information at 360-779-7414.
